Sales Administrator (Part Time)
DCH Honda of Oxnardcontinues to grow and we are seeking talented Sales Administratorto join our successful team.
The Sales Administrator play a key administrative role in supporting the Used Car Manager and provide an important link between the salesperson and the client. Reporting to Sales Managers, they work in a challenging and competitive environment, processing all sales-related paperwork and arranging appointments for salespeople to visit new and established customers.

We offer pay starting at $11.00/hour - $12.00/hour! This is a Part Time role that has the ability to turn into a Full Time position, Bi-lingual is a plus, must be able to work Monday through Friday; an occasional Saturday.

Job Description
Area of Responsibility
• Welcome clients when they arrive in the Sales Area. Determine the nature of visit and escort the client to the appropriate department/area or staff member.
• Provide information to appropriate store personnel regarding client needs and expectations to help ensure the entire team is prepared to provide the highest level of service to the client.
• Provide administrative support to the sales staff when necessary.
• Stocking Vehicles, Labels, printing stickers for vehicles
• Answering customers telephone queries
• Maintaining client records
• Producing reports to assist the sales department
• Work with sales managers on when to remove vehicles from the fleet and entering new units to fleet.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• A team player focused on providing exemplary customer service
• Self motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals
• Experience in automotive sales, is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
• Working knowledge of computers
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Possess and acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
