Position Summary
CVS has an exciting opportunity for a Portfolio Director to join our growing team. As the Portfolio Director you will be the business owner of a Specialty P&L for a defined segment of the Specialty Business. You will also have the ability to:
• Develop business plan's and deliver results promoting expansion of Specialty Revenue and EBIT contribution for the therapy lines you lead.
• Drive strategy to ensure revenue and profit across all of Specialty lines of business.
• Evaluate the market and industry opportunity and will actively identify areas for incremental revenue growth.
• Target growth opportunities and direct/drive the plan toward realization of targets.
• Lead the Class Specific P&L, development, execution and delivery of business plan and projects to drive revenue and EBIT, identification of expansion opportunities and drives plan to realize targets with internal and external pharma stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
* 8+ Specialty Pharmacy/Clinical industry experience
* 8+ Strong analytical quantitative skills, including
* P&L management and/or Business Analysis Planning
* 8+ Project Development/Execution experience within the healthcare industry
* Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams
* Ability to travel up to 25%

Bachelor's Degree Required
Master’s Degree Required
