Position Summary
This position is responsible for providing leadership and oversight of CVS Health non-retail administrative properties comprised of corporate offices, 24/7/365 mission critical data centers, call centers, specialty and mail pharmacies and associated support properties. The Director of Administrative Facilities provides strategic leadership, coordination, and administrative oversight to property and facility needs to include- construction management, space planning and real estate needs, lease administration, facility and property management, annual operating and capital budgeting, staff supervision and training, vendor management, and space/expense allocation tracking. This position will also provide leadership and oversight of a 24/7/365 mission critical data center. This role will provide dynamic leadership and oversight to the Facilities Management Team and establish long range business and operating plans along with setting near term priorities.
Required Qualifications
10 years of increasingly responsible experience in facilities management, including capital planning, management of construction projects and other activities related to the duties and responsibilities required by a multi-site operation.
2+ years of experience examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
2+ years of planning, programming, development and implementation of renovation and new construction projects.
2+ years of hands on experience utilizing real estate management principles and techniques.
2+ years of functional experience with the review, development, and tracking of real estate lease documents.
5+ years of experience working cross functionally in a partnership, team relationship.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Finance and Data Centers.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree related to Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Facility Management, related discipline or accumulation of education and experience.
