Description
It is the responsibility of the Central Reservation Specialty agent to serve as a vital link between Room reservations the Casino department and the Sales department at the individual properties. Position duties encompass all aspects of Beyond the Best service when assisting both our internal and external guests with incoming calls, and inquiries regarding rooms, group masters, and Casino information. . Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Minimum 6 months work experience in a customer service position, preferably within the hospitality industry. Answer all incoming calls to the Casino/Group/Wholesale phone lines from outside or within the company. Assist our VIP guests with requests for room reservations, event reservations and special room blocks as requested. Input all required information into the Casino Tracking system to ensure guests are appropriately coded to events.
Excellent oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and professional behavior to effectively handle all issues, which may be sensitive in nature.
Ability to communicate and listen effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
