Position Overview
As part of the Digital Acquisition Marketing Team, you will join a team that creates digital experiences that customers love and trust. Autodesk recently shifted to an in-house campaign management model for online advertising. This is an exciting time for you to jump in and help shape the future of this team. We are looking someone who is passionate about digital advertising, who will be instrumental in driving the Digital Advertising program forward, specifically for Paid Search (SEM/PPC). You will be responsible for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to manage Autodesk’s paid search campaigns (Google Ads and Bing Ads). You will work closely with your counterparts in search engine optimization, display advertising, social media advertising, industry marketing, web analytics & insights, and other business partners.
Responsibilities
• Manage the day to day paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads
• Adapt media plan and media brief into and paid search strategies
• Optimize campaigns based on the identified KPIs
• Meet with Google and other publishers to help identify optimization opportunities and industry trends
• Conduct keyword research and develop ad copy for Google Ads and Bing Ads
• Build strategy for RLSA, sitelinks, account structure, hierarchy, spend estimates, etc
• Work with internal partners to obtain appropriate assets for campaign execution
• Work with Reporting Analyst to provide appropriate reports for industry and other marketing teams
• Interpret campaign performance and provide insightful analysis
• Coordinate regular reporting and planning meetings with internal campaign stakeholders
• Conduct competitive SEM audits for industry and products supported.
• Work with optimization team, reporting analyst and campaign owners for landing page testing and other improvements
• Draw relevant search materials from other customer research resources, including social media listening tools, marketing intelligence reports, and more to further inform keyword and competitive strategy
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to convey complex information in a polished, clear, concise, and professional manner
• Collaborate on multi-channel strategies to form cohesive campaigns with other teams
• Ability to work in a team environment and successfully build professional relationships inside and outside of Autodesk
• Other responsibilities as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years of experience with at least 1 year in Paid Search Advertising (SEM/PPC).
• Experience in Paid Search Advertising (SEM/PPC) campaign management and strategy on Google & Bing.
• Experience managing projects and working with cross functional teams.
• Experience with reporting/tracking tools (Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics 360).
• Individual must be highly organized and self-starting
• Team-oriented; professional and cooperative attitude.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and commonly used web browsers.
• Experience working with bid management solutions (Marin, Search Ads 360, etc.)
• Google Ads Certified
