A little bit about our team:
The Global Digital Account Management team’s mission is to Maximize digital revenue and market share through optimization and streamlined communications globally across digital accounts and label partners.
Why this could be your next big break:
This role will be right in the middle of it all. They will be responsible for managing day-to-day responses on our major account support aliases. This person will spend their day providing best practices and assisting in organizing our content networks. They will also help support and continue development on our network optimization tool, IRIS.
Here you’ll get to:
• Manage the issues and actions in the YouTube, Facebook, Soundcloud support aliases
• Support the daily operations and development of IRIS, our content optimization network
• Build and maintain network optimization best practice documents
• Organize official and third-party whitelisted channels, profiles and videos across all labels and accounts
• Manage a small team of associates each semester
• Collaborate with Ad Sales Operations on network management ideas to maximize sales opportunities
• Help the Content Protection team respond to priority leaks and matching infringing user uploads
Rockstar candidates will be able to:
• You have experience with digital rights management, with YouTube, Facebook or equivalent certifications
• You have exceptional communications skills
• You have the ability to process information and diagnose issues quickly
• You have great organizational skills
• You have the desire to be a self-starter, multi-task and work independently
It would be music to our ears if you also had:
• College degree preferred
• You have a digital rights certification through YouTube, Facebook or equivalent site
• You have spent 3-5 years managing a content owner account on a major content platform
• You have the ability to speak multiple languages, not a requirement
