JOB SUMMARY:
Intern will gain exposure and insight into the ordering and processing of studio features, series and Starz Original programming content that airs across all of the Starz Services. The position will work closely with Studio/production partners and internal Acquisitions, Programming and Technical Operations departments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Track delivery of Studio and Independent titles
• Process Acceptance and rejections of titles within IBMS database
• Assist in delivery of an Original Production
• Attend Departmental Meetings
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Freshman through graduate level course work at an accredited college/university with a major in Communication Studies, Public Relations or similar discipline; An academic grade point average of 3.0 or better on a 4 point scale for the most recent academic session (quarter/semester);
• Film, Broadcast, or Communications Major
• Interest, experience and/or knowledge of film/video/audio mastering process and equipment
• Strong customer service skills
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
• Database management/database entry experience
