Lauderdale, FL sandy beaches, Isle Casino® Racing Pompano Park is home to 1,500 slots, 40 poker tables, electronic blackjack and craps, five restaurants, and racing amenities that include a high-tech sports bar and wagering area overlooking the track. Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for providing casino players with player tracking cards and all benefits and privileges associated with that card.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Issues player cards for new and existing accounts and issues any benefits and marketing related perks from those player card accounts.
• Evaluates customer’s play for comping needs.
• Assures high standards of guest service by maintaining constant awareness for the entire property and assistance of all promotions, events and entertainment and Player’s Club membership benefits.
• Provides customers with in-depth marketing/casino related information and answers questions about that information.
• Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Previous work experience in casino or related field preferred.
• Must be able to obtain a valid state gaming license.
• Ability to learn multiple casino tracking programs.
• Must possess excellent phone etiquette skills.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality relative to financial date, casino policies and marketing plans.
• Casino environment exposed to bright lights, noise, changing temperatures and smoke which might include a boat and/or floating barge and hotel.
