As Community Support (CS) Enterprise Architect you will partner closely with the CS Product Director to define the technical strategy and capabilities required to meet business vision. In addition, you will be responsible for working across the Business Applications team to build a strategic visions for technology capabilities, applications, and data in support of all functions and platform teams. You will accomplish this by leveraging a deep understanding of customer experience, understanding of best in class applications and tools, and collaborating with data sciences teams to make informed recommendations.
Job Responsibility:
• Develop strong partnerships with business, product and engineering leaders to define business, product and technology architecture for Community Support
• Gain deep understanding of domain and industry best practices to develop technical vision and strategy
• Define and maintain long term architecture (LTA) with 24-36 months outlook
• Effectively communicate technology strategies & trade-offs up to senior leaders and down to development teams for alignment
• Gain sponsorship and alignment to ensure LTA is baked into product roadmaps with appropriate capability dependencies
• Review technical and functional solution designs to determine their technical viability and their relevance to the business goals
• Review end to end solutions to drive operational excellence and efficiency with enterprise scale in mind
Requirements:
• Must have excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to leverage architecture modeling concepts to effectively convey complex designs and concepts
• Must be very approachable and humble with willingness to mentor architects and engineers
• Ability to solve intricate, multi-dimensional problems
• Detail oriented but at the same time has the capability to step back for complete picture
• 15+ years of experience in software development and application and system architecture
• 15+ years of experience in the Customer Service Industry covering Self Service, Assisted Service and Workforce Operations.
