Overview
Provide pre-sales support conducting market research around services and technology offerings of Enterprise Managed Services Division, translating findings into strategic market analysis, content creation, and positioning guidance.
Responsibilities
Support Account-Based Marketing Strategy
• Help qualify and deliver Marketing Qualified Accounts (MQA’s) to sales, executing a defined set of processes that align with business and sales objectives, around a list of target accounts most likely to deliver revenue.
• Identify buying contacts in target accounts for key personas based on ideal buyer profiles.
• Develop account insights at target accounts for relevant interactions.
• Create or adapt content and messaging that reflects account insights, targeted specifically at buying team.
• Recommend interactions personalized for target accounts.
Manage Content Portfolio
• Direct creative team in developing content that includes customer-facing pre-sales collateral such as brochures, ads, videos, whitepapers, case studies, website and social media copy.
• Work with other internal business units to modify existing collateral that can be repurposed for Enterprise Managed Services offering.
• Develop email and presentation templates for pre-sales engagement
Conduct Strategic Market Research and Analysis
• Research current enterprise managed services market, select vertical markets, and targeted accounts under the direction of Marketing Operations Manager and distill learnings into customer-facing content.
• Leverage relationships with market research / analyst firms
• Produce SWOT, competitive analysis from services perspective
• Use learnings to inform direction of content creation and areas of focus
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent
• Marketing experience preferred
• 3 to 5 years of related Marketing research experience
• Experience developing sales collateral
• Experience project managing time-sensitive projects across geographically dispersed teams
