Interns in this role will support one of two teams, 1) Quality of Service or 2) Process Design Team through business process improvement initiatives.
Quality of Service track provides an opportunity to improve process through the Quality Management cycle of planning, assurance, control, and improvement. This track requires strong technical and analytic skills to analyze KPIs and metrics, review process flows, identify drivers, and coordinate improvements with various function groups.
The Process Design track provides an opportunity to aid the design of processes for new product and services. Strong consideration for the overall customer experience is required to reduce overall customer effort, drive customer satisfaction, and ensure effectiveness and efficiency of the process.
• Completing an MBA degree between December 2019 and June 2020
• Hands on experience with process improvement in an academic or professional setting
• Experience with business analysis and understanding business requirements
• Demonstration of keen business acumen

• Able to think critically and thrive in fast-moving, high-profile environments
