Manager, International Creative Advertising

The Manager, International Creative Advertising works closely with the Vice President of Creative Advertising to develop international campaigns for specific titles.
Responsibilities
• Oversee legal and clearance of print and A/V material generated by home office
• Monitor development, production, and worldwide distribution of all creative material generated in home office
• Create, manage, update and oversee project status reports for international distribution within Columbia Pictures
• Supervise implementation of asset delivery system
• Service and provide Print and A/V material requests to internal departments
• Assisting the creative executive with the film’s budget sheet, liaising with the outside agencies and Sony team coordinator with the processing of purchase orders
• Traffic creative and legal material and provide feedback daily to all territories
• Manage finishing of print and A/V material in order to meet deadlines
• Clear and license all music cues used in A/V, including price negotiation with publishers for all films, including monitoring music budgets for all films
• Work directly with the VP/EVP on the execution of creative assets
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years experience
• Quick learner with energy to drive aggressive and flexible deadlines while managing multiple priorities
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed to complete heavy workloads within established time frames
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Healthy background in working on VFX-heavy content
• Self-starter with a great work ethic and demonstrated excellence in customer service
• Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and the maintenance of a supportive work environment
• Must be flexible and able to adapt to peak volume while maintaining a keen eye for detail and quality
