The Role
The People Operations / Workforce Insights Analyst will support the business through the lens of HR data by helping leaders to integrate workforce data into daily decisions as well as strategic planning. In this role, you will partner with Directors and VPs across HR and the business to enact and influence people strategy. You will become the trusted adviser and dedicated analytics partner to HR leaders supporting programs or lines of business.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, analytical, and storytelling skills as well as experience scoping, managing, and delivering client-facing projects.
Responsibilities
• Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis and the presentation of data to see beyond the data to help inform, influence, support, and execute business decisions for the HR team and Business leaders
• Design and maintain robust suite of reports and dashboards to support the HR team and TiVo business leaders with real time analytics
• Improve data integrity in collaboration with HR Technology and COE teams to achieve high quality, actionable data & metrics
• Act as an internal consultant by understanding business needs, scoping data requests, synthesizing insights, and recommending solutions to key business partners in collaboration with the HR team
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to prioritize and manage people analytics projects while balancing impact on business needs
• Partner with the HR and IT team members to automate or streamline data collection processes, improve operating efficiencies and effectiveness, and scale people data efforts
• Deliver analytical, survey or research results to technical and non-technical audiences
• Leverage tools, such as Visier, Oracle HRIS, Birst, and Excel to drive analytics
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Finance, Social Science, Psychology, another field that uses quantitative analysis or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years of consulting or corporate work experience focused on using data to uncover insights that drive action and communicating analyses to technical and non-technical audiences
• Knowledge of statistical analysis (e.g., descriptive statistics and basic familiarity with statistical significance), quantitative research, and experience gathering and interpreting data
• Project management experience with multiple stakeholders and experience prioritizing and delegating projects/tasks
• Experience engaging directly with enterprise-level clients and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with HR/organizational people data (e.g. headcount, turnover, recruiting metrics, and other people analytics)
• Experience in HR analytics using HR systems and tools such as Visier, Oracle, Birst etc.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding environment, under pressure
• Experience in the Tech industry
