Job Description
Wynn Resorts is the recipient of more Forbes Travel Guide Five Star Awards than any other independent hotel company in the world. Wynn Las Vegas opened on April 28, 2005 and was once again named the best resort in Nevada on Condé Nast Traveler’s 2018 “Gold List,” a title received for the tenth time. Wynn and Encore Las Vegas feature two luxury hotel towers with a total of 4,750 spacious hotel rooms, suites and villas, approximately 192,000 square feet of casino space, 21 dining experiences featuring signature chefs and 11 bars, two award-winning spas, approximately 290,000 square feet of meeting and convention space, approximately 103,000 square feet of retail space as well as three nightclubs, a beach club and recreation and leisure facilities. In addition to two luxury retail esplanades, a Strip-front expansion, Wynn Plaza, is currently under construction and is scheduled to be completed by the third quarter of 2018.
Creative Services is responsible for providing design and print production services for Wynn Resorts. Including the creation of printed and digital collateral as well as creating, installing and maintaining various signage and décor elements throughout the Wynn and Encore Las Vegas properties. Creative Services is comprised of a graphic design center and full-service sign shop to meet any needs that arise.
Job Responsibilities
The Creative Services Office Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the department, including filing, ordering supplies, answering phones, logging job requests, proofreading and helping to keep the office organized.
1. Assist in organizing and trafficking work between departments, designers and production staff.
2. Assist in writing and trafficking print specifications.
3. Assist in proofreading.
4. Assist with billing and project management.
5. Process and monitor business card orders and other standard re-order printing.
6. Assist Director with communication and follow-up.
7. Type, file, route mail and order office supplies for the department.
8. Performs other related duties as required.
Job Requirements
Skills
*Knowledge of Windows based computers with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
*Must be able to prioritize high volume work assignments, multiple projects and schedule accordingly.
*Must have excellent communications skills, work well with others and be fluent in English, with excellent writing, grammar and spelling skills.
*Prior print, digital and/or signage production experience a plus.
*Must be organized, work well under pressure with tight deadlines.
*Mac based computer literacy and/or experience in the use of Adobe design software a plus.
Education and/or Experience:
1. High school diploma.
2. Proficiency and/or experience in the print or signage fields a major plus.
Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy and procedure manuals, instructions, emails and other related documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries from other employees or guests. Fluency in English required, second language a plus.
Age, Certifications and Work Cards:
21 years of age or above.
Valid Nevada Driver’s License.
