Lead in the team effort to design, develop, code, test and debug new complex software or significant enhancements to existing complex software. Lead review of input for documentation of new or existing software. Apply existing and introduce new and approved technologies to develop solutions. Lead others in the application of principles, theories and concepts and use of methodologies, tools, documentation processes and test procedures to complete projects. May lead team to select and manage vendor.
• Develop new code to support roadmap initiatives in the Capital Approval Tool
• Resolve through development code related issues impacting the Capital Approval Tool
• Evaluate and understand the E2E ecosystem and architecture and help lead architectural optimization and change to scale with business needs (both application and infrastructure)
• Participate and share leading code deployments to production
• Lead in developing high level designs, architecture, specifications, enhancement services for custom developed business applications using Enterprise development toolsets.
• Ability to participate and/or lead in all aspects of software development including planning, requirements analysis, architecture and design, testing, implementation and verification, validation and debugging.
• Organize, plan, track & close out design problems associated with application performance. Coordinate design, implementation, production release activities of software team. Implement and monitor post-production release efficiencies and exceptions.
Qualifications
• C# programming skill with updated knowledge of latest versions of the language.
• Strong MVC framework experience.
• ASP.NET web application development skill.
• Good understanding of UI technologies, Angular JS.
• Must have an understanding of development fundamentals such as security, performance and scalability.
• Web user interface layout/style design experience, with good CSS (Cascade Style Sheet) building skill.
• Java/Spring MVC/Spring JDBC, JavaScript programming.
• Database (SQL query) development experience.
• Strong understanding of web services- REST, WCF and SOAP. Experience working with web servers/IIS web server.
• Working knowledge of build and version control tools: Jenkins, Automated build script, SVN, Git.
• Experience with workflow systems such as Metastorm/Camunda/Sarasvati/WF4 is preferred.
• IIS knowledge.
• Fully seasoned with typically 8+ years professional experience with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience / 6+ years with a Master's Degree.
• Telecom industry experience a plus.
