Job Summary
The Analyst I drives sales revenue by identifying the most cost and technically effective off-net solutions for new opportunities.
Job Description
• Engage sales account teams and identify the lowest cost and best technical off net solutions for new opportunities
• Support large, complex customer deals and request for pricing (RFPs) by architecting comprehensive and highly competitive off net solutions
• Analyze metrics such as win/take rate, margin, quoting turnaround time, and overall team performance
• Analyze the buying trends of the customer base and the offerings provided by other vendors
• Subject matter expert on the domestic and international access market and pricing for wavelengths, Ethernet, and TDM
• Monitor the continuity for internal systems, processes, tools, and resources for creating pricing solutions.
Qualifications
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Success building strong cross-departmental business relationships
• Experience in a customer-focused and highly matrixed environment
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Experience learning new concepts and applying new solutions to solve problems and create opportunities
Preferred Qualifications
• Operational experience in telecommunications (Provisioning, Planning, Marketing, Project Management, Account Management or Contract Management) an advantage
