This role, within the Digital Help and Experience (DHX) organization, will help to define and deliver a cohesive communication strategy across multiple teams that support the end-to-end digital support experience for customers. The ideal candidate will have a communication, marketing, or PR as well as an editorial background, adapt quickly to changing and multiple needs (both externally and internally), and is adept at illustrating complex ideas in concrete and imaginative ways.
Responsibilities
• Create and manage the organization's communications and public relations activities; this includes communications at the executive, team, and external PR level
• Develop, write, and edit communications for leadership team, including emails, social media posts, and internal and external presentations; manage and direct activities including all-hands, roadshows, etc.
• Create an implement organizational communication frameworks and guidelines for messaging and medium
• Plan the frequency and channels of communication and coordinate stakeholders across different areas of the business and the company
• Project manage internal communications strategic plans by taking ownership of tactics and outcomes from beginning to end of the project
• Design and supply templates, presentations, whitepapers, newsletters, and videos for internal and external use
Minimum Qualifications
• BA in English, Communications, Marketing, or Public Relations
• 5+ years’ experience with corporate communication
• Excellent writer, with the skills to distill complex content into clear, concise and engaging communications, and able to write with speed and accuracy
• Strong storyteller with the ability to create compelling narratives in support of our business strategies
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe communication tools: written, presentation, video, etc.
