Property Overview
Lady Luck® Casino Caruthersville is a one of a kind riverboat casino experience. This iconic riverboat casino makes its home on the banks of the mighty Mississippi River. Lady Luck has more than 500 slot machines, 9 hot table games and 200 of the best team members on our Mississippi River based casino. Our guests can enjoy good eats at Otis & Henry’s Bar and Grill located in our land based facility or grab a quick bite at our O&H Express restaurant located within the casino. We also have an RV Park for our guests that is open year-round and located right by the water.
Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY
Performs various functions in support of team members, managers, the Human Resources department and the organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintains a high level of confidentiality in all actions and duties.
• Maintains team members’ personnel and medical/benefit files.
• Serve as point of contact for team members questions and concerns.
• Coordinates and conduct team member events and reward & recognition programs.
• Coordinates property-wide communication initiatives and efforts.
• Assist with new hire processing.
• Assists with new hire orientation and other training as required.
• Provide support for all departmental initiatives as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer proficiency is required.
• Ability to perform multiple duties under frequent time pressure.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 2+ years Human Resources experience preferred.
• Able to obtain and maintain state gaming license.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time.
• Work environment may include smoke and variable temperature, lighting and noise levels.
