Position Overview
As part of the Audience Development team, you will join a team that creates digital experiences that customers love and trust. This is an exciting time for you to jump in and help shape the future of this team. We are looking for a true digital rock star that will be instrumental in moving the Digital Advertising program forward. In this role you will support Autodesk’s in-house campaign management model. You will be responsible for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to execute Autodesk’s digital advertising campaigns and help manage Autodesk’s relationship with different advertising networks.
Responsibilities
• Work with finance and publishers to ensure timely POs and invoices
• Act as a central point of contact for agency and vendor management
• Conduct keyword research and create ad copy to support paid search campaigns
• Coordinate with APAC and EMEA teams
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to obtain appropriate assets to conduct landing page testing
• Support display advertising campaign execution (assets, specifications and QA)
• Coordinate regular stakeholder education sessions
• Develop and maintain training resources for internal partners
• Assist Paid Media Campaign Managers as needed for campaign execution
• Work across industries to work towards campaign alignment
• Coordinate keyword governance and usage across campaigns
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to convey complex information in a polished, clear, concise, and professional manner
• Ability to work in a team environment and successfully build professional relationships inside and outside of Autodesk
• Other responsibilities as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
• 1-3 of experience with at least 1 year in enterprise level digital advertising and/or agency
• Experience coordinating projects and working with cross functional teams
• Experience with keyword analysis, common keyword research tools
• Familiarity with reporting/tracking tools (Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics)
• Individual must be highly organized and self-starting
• Strong presentation skills
• Team-oriented; professional and cooperative attitude
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
