Administrative Assistant, CNE
Responsibilities:
• Managing schedules
• Handling phone calls
• Making travel arrangements
• Preparing presentations
• Organizing and maintaining client contacts
• Preparing expense reports
• Planning and coordinating meetings
• Writing correspondence
• Handling departmental admin issues (e.g., department policies, contact lists, supplies, etc.)
• Facilitating team events
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree
• Passion for branded content, the entertainment business
• Motivated to learn and excel
• Hard worker
• Excellent organization skills, punctual and used to deadlines
• 3-5 years of administrative/office experience
• 1-2 years of media. Entertainment, fashion or technology/digital industry experience
• Extremely computer savvy
• Candidate should be smart, motivated, personable, detail oriented and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint and Keynote required
• Strong writing skills
