We're seeking to hire a Programmatic Client Value Manager to join our Sales team in our NY office.
The Programmatic Client Value Manager will develop and maintain relationships with DSPs, agency trading desks, SSPs and others, while increasing adoption of IAS programmatic capabilities. The GCVM will manage the global relationship from activation and throughout the lifespan of the partnership, ensuring all client goals and objectives are met.
Our experienced Client Value team prides itself in consulting advertisers and agencies on making informed decisions on their Digital Media planning and spending. To succeed in this unique role, you will need to forge strong client connections by establishing productive and trusted visible relationships with key stakeholders across multiple organizations.
Responsibilities:
• Act as primary point of contact for all assigned global level client contacts (agency and/or brand direct)
• Manage the entire global account relationship from activation and throughout the lifespan of the partnership
• Liaise internally and externally to maximize impressions/volume on both a global and local level
• Ensure the timely and successful global activation of IAS solutions for all assigned accounts
• Provide guidance and best practices for media improvement as a trusted global advisor
• Maintain a deep understanding of shifting client global business objectives, goals, and KPIs and executes to achieve them internally and externally
• Create and present global level Quarterly Business Reviews to global leads that demonstrate the value of IAS technology and services
• Identifies at-risk account concerns and works with internal stakeholders and local leads to address and resolve issues
• Present continuing education programs on IAS products and cutting-edge topics in advertising and technology to assigned global clients
• Helps establish appropriate lines of communication and expectations for both global and local level clients
• Works with regional account leadership to collect local level performance and insights
Experience:
• 5+ years’ experience demonstrated success in Agency, Publisher, DSP, Ad Network or ad-tech platform account management, client success, or sales with proven ability to grow relationships and retain clients
• 1+ years’ of experience managing global level accounts preferred
• Established record of executing against sales and planning processes to achieve renewal and expansion goals
• A solid understanding of the ad tech ecosystem and the various beneficiaries of IAS products/services
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, present, and advise senior leadership and clients as to how to improve media quality performance
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify business questions, analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
