The Business Planning Analyst works closely with the Business Planning Manager and Business Planning Director in supporting the overall business planning process for Field Operations.
Responsibilities:
• Be responsible for running monthly and ad hoc reports as needed from various enterprise software applications including, but not limited to, MicroStrategy, Business Objects, Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition, and the ICOMS/AMDOCS billing systems
• This position will also help to coordinate the tracking of Altice Technical Services invoicing and provide regular updates to team leadership on the statuses and amounts of invoicing
• Assist the Business Planning Manager in providing support as needed to the Sr. Directors of Field Service and their teams with Oracle requisitions/purchase orders, financial reporting, and Investment Committee Requests
• Assist the Business Planning team as needed in the budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close processes
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business (or relevant work experience)
• 1 year of work related experience with exposure to data analysis and financial modeling
• Experience working in a team environment supporting budget/forecasting activities, long-range planning or ad hoc financial analysis preferred
• Excellent analytical aptitude with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a multi-team environment, including strong interpersonal skills suitable for interacting with various departments and all levels of management
• Ability to thrive in a highly quantitative, fast-paced environment with changing business needs
• High degree of initiative, personal responsibility, and ownership
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, & PowerPoint required
• Ability to manipulate and analyze large amounts of raw data
