We're looking for someone to join Instagram's marketing team as a Product Marketing Manager. We support the Partnerships team who are focused on helping digital creators and public figures grow their brand and businesses, across verticals including fashion, entertainment, music, sports, etc.
In this role, you will support our growing portfolio of products and help demonstrate its value to a partner audience. You will be responsible for understanding our partner/creator ecosystem and designing scalable ways to reach, activate and educate our creator segments. You will also act as a cross-functional leader with clear, concise communication, and project management skills. Responsibilities
• Strategic positioning, messaging & enablement for product launches.
• Execute content and campaigns to excite partners/creators about Instagram as the leading platform to reach fans and followers.
• Design product messaging and innovative ways to educate partners about Instagram's suite of products and features.
• Create scaled, online marketing programs that drive ongoing adoption and awareness for Instagram among partners/creators.
• Identify product needs and emerging partner-specific trends.
Minimum Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in product marketing and/or marketing, product management, or business experience
• Experience with product launches (including mobile) and digital marketing campaigns
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Creative, Social Sciences or other discipline
• Project management experience
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
• Experience working in a fast-paced, scrappy environment ensuring executional excellence while maintaining a long-term strategic view to scale
• Experience working as a PMM on a technical product with algorithms/ranking
• Combined B2B and B2C experience
• Experience building digital sites and marketing campaigns to drive new audiences
• Experience providing scaled marketing support for multiple audience segments
• Experience in technology, startups, or consumer mobile app space
• Experience with email marketing and/or retention marketing
