As an Account Manager you will play a significant role in supporting and implementing strategic advertising and marketing campaigns for our local and regional advertisers.
At KREM our top priority is providing our clients with the best marketing and advertising strategy for their business and the best customer service in the market. For us, that means having the right people on our team!
Responsibilities
• Creates marketing proposals and presentations
• Manages contracts and has constant communication with sales people, and clients
• Manages results and delivery of campaigns
• Manages and delivers campaign reporting
• Help new clients establish credit and payment options
• Manages client billing and communicates with clients and internal billing department
• Coordinates production for television and digital campaigns
• Discovers and prospects new business opportunities
• Shares insights with prospective clients and helps schedule new business appointments
• Looks to improve on current Account Manager processes and workflow
Job Requirements
Requirements
• Strong communication skills both verbally and electronically
• High achievement in high school and college
• Track record of success and competitive nature
• Professional experience preferred
• Sales/customer service experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree
