Required Skills:
The Sr Helpdesk Specialist will provide tier 2 and 3 technical support and troubleshooting services to corporate end-users who need assistance with their computer hardware or software. This is a front-line team position with opportunity for exposure to all aspects of IMAX’s business.
What you’ll be doing:
• Providing tier 2 and 3 help desk support for onsite or remote IMAX employees
• Ensuring requests and issues are resolved in a timely manner with great customer satisfaction by providing the best solution for executives, department heads, supervisors, administrative personnel, engineers and staff
• Maintaining the wiki pages for documentation and document tickets via JIRA ticketing system and Confluence
• Managing IT hardware inventory and end point management with Ivanti
• Procuring or troubleshooting IT equipment (Cell Phone, VOIP, laptops / desktops, AV) or software
• Onboarding and offboarding of employees
• Imaging PC and Mac laptops / desktops via Ivanti / JAMF
• Other IT operational tasks as assigned
What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 5+ years of creative/marketing agency and/or brand experience managing creative digital assets
• Experience working across several creative asset types: print, static, and motion
• Understands creative digital, print file types and graphic design process
• Highly proficient in both Google Sheets and Excel
• Experience with Google Scripts not necessary, but a plus
• Strong experience with data entry/trafficking
• Background or experience in digital asset management
• Ability to listen and assimilate knowledge and data quickly to develop creative solutions
• Detail-oriented when managing large sets of data – able to intake large amounts of data and decipher and categorize in a very organized and efficient manner
• Experience working with various languages and global projects
• Easy to work with and can work effectively with key international business partners
