Responsibilities
POSITION SUMMARY:
Receive goods, stock warehouse supplies, and make deliveries. Promote the Family Style Service culture through actions and positive attitude.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude toward all external and internal guests at all times.
• Receive and unload items.
• Deliver supplies to designated locations.
• Operate a pallet jack and electrical pallet jack to move supplies.
• Assist with inventory control.
• Report any shortages, mis-picked items, or otherwise incorrect shipments from vendors to the Purchasing Manager immediately.
• Have complete knowledge of all casino events and promotional activities.
• Keep work area in a clean and orderly manner.
• Ensure the safety and security of all guests and team members.
• Comply with all policies and procedures established by Isle of Capri Casino and departmental management.
• Other duties as assigned or any reasonable request from any member of management.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, and OTHER CHARACTERISTICS:
• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Must obtain Missouri Gaming Commission occupational license.
• Appropriate use of office equipment, including proficiency with personal computer with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, and Outlook), telephone with voice mail system, fax machine, and copy machine.
• Must be able to quickly and accurately input purchase requests, product pricing, and inventory counts.
• Must be able to assist in the receipt, verification, and storage of ordered goods.
• Safe and appropriate use of receiving dock and warehouse machinery, including pallet jack, power lifts, company vehicle, dolly, and push cart.
• Must be able to work any assigned shift, including late nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Read, write, and understand simple instructions.
• Communicate appropriately with all casino guests, casino departments, and fellow team members.
• Understand and adhere to all Missouri Gaming Commission regulations and any other applicable federal, state, and/or local regulations.
• Accurately perform all assigned job duties in a high-volume, fast-paced environment under frequent time pressures.

• WORK ENVIRONMENT: while performing the duties of this job, the team member is exposed to variable temperatures, outdoor conditions, motor vehicle fumes, smoke, and bright flashing lights. The noise level in the work environment is very loud.
