JOB DESCRIPTION
Position provides administrative support to the Financial Systems Support and Benefits departments including answering the telephone, making travel arrangements and organizing materials, including but not limited to making files, maintaining binders and updating schedules. Position is also responsible for the PeopleSoft Helpdesk, Hyperion Helpdesk, SharePoint Helpdesk, and Pay Stub Portal support including answering telephone and email inquiries to each of the respective helpdesks as well as tracking the resolutions of all messages from users. The maintenance of the helpdesk logs is a must. Also handles the office faxing, scanning, typing and filing, daily banking activities, preparation of third party benefit reconciliation and ordering of office supplies for the LA Corporate staff. Other related duties as deemed appropriate and assigned.
Candidate should possess strong organizational skills, strong communication skills, good telephone manner, experience with Word, Excel and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task as needed. A willing worker who is always looking to help. Experience with heavy phone volume required. Experience working in a financial department preferred. Candidate must be able to work Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm.
