Salesforce Operations Manager
Haymarket Media, Inc., a dynamic and growing media company headquartered in NYC, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Salesforce Operations Manager. This position is based in our New York, NYoffice.
Job Overview:
This highly visible position, reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, is responsible for the ongoing administration of the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform. This position requires a self-starter with a thorough knowledge of the Salesforce platform, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal and administrative skills.
Responsibilities include:
• Overall responsibility for the stability, functionality, and security of the Sales Cloud platform and related workflows and data
• Partner with the various brands and business divisions to proactively support sales activities and monitor pipeline
• Work with the various operational departments to ensure proper data and workflows to support revenue reporting, billing, and product fulfillment
• Work with stakeholders to set project direction and planning; update management team on all project milestones, timelines, and costs
• Develop roadmap for Salesforce use and integration with internal processes and systems
• Training, onboarding, and documentation
• Communicate to all end users about standard procedures, training, and workflow
• Ensure excellent and professional communication regarding the platform and use to management and user community
• Develop and deliver reports and dashboards for individual product teams – including automated reports, alerts, and analyses
Skills and Requirements:
• 5+ years Salesforce Sales Cloud expertise – including system administration, custom objects, reporting, dashboards, fields, page layouts, record types, assignment, validation, and sharing rules
• ADM201 certification
• Understanding of connections to third party solutions like sync to Gmail, connection to ad operations, etc.
• Experience with managing different businesses and workflows within a single instance
• Ability to manage development cycles and familiarity with APEX and Visual Force a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Can-do attitude – ready to get involved at all times, solution-focused
• Confidence with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines working under pressure
