We are looking for a Project Manager to join our fast-growing New York City Project Management team.
Project Management is one of, if not the most, important roles within an agency. A strong PM drives the machine forward and drives process; they rally the team, they partner with creatives and manage staffing with the account team.

Requirements
• Strong leadership skills; must be comfortable rallying the team for tough conversations
• Proven track record of driving efficiency, and creating and driving internal process
• Working with each dept to construct and manage, internal timelines.
• Experience partnering with senior account leads to manage the staffing structure
• Prowess to serve as an extension of the creative teams
• The ability to review work to confirm changes are made before advancing
• Join and manage internal creative meetings and reviews, assign clear next steps and roles within the creative team and all departmental partners
• Manage the development and completion and final quality control of all presentations
• Ability to partner with creative resource manager to assign teams
• Proactive and collaborative to solve team challenges
• Creative curiosity
• Passionate about what we do
• Desire to help build and shape agency culture
• Must have minimum 2-5 years experience
