The Director, Marketing will create, implement, and measure the success of a comprehensive marketing program that supports Altice USA’s MVNO Business and position within the marketplace, driving new business and developing existing customer relationships. The Director will oversee and lead the execution of marketing programs and initiatives including, but not limited to: lead generation, SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, blogging, PR, email marketing and brand development.
• Provide strategic guidance for paid search campaign structure and targeting, including search query mining, keyword expansion, advanced use of negative keywords, and improvement of bid management processes and algorithms
• Build strategic action plans as well as optimize paid media strategies that increase qualified site traffic, raise purchase consideration, and generate lift in brand awareness and purchase volume
• Influence creative work by communicating the Creative Brief to partner teams (corporate marketing and external agency partners).
• Create and develop integrated campaigns, go-to-market strategy, customer acquisition, content strategy and communications.
• Coordinate and approve the graphic design, appearance, and branding of all Altice USA MVNO materials, both printed and electronic
• Assume primary responsibility for Marketing dashboards and analytics required to share performance results with the Marketing Team and Leadership
• Conceptualize, assist with, and/or implement other marketing or sales related projects as assigned by the Vice President of Communication & Digital.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or other related fields
• Minimum of five years of demonstrated success in marketing and/or eCommerce
• Previous marketing experience in the B2C; experience with new customer acquisition is needed
• Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the conceptualization and execution of marketing initiatives relating to lead generation, SEO, PPC, social media, blogging, PR, email marketing, advertising, and branding
• Experience overseeing the design and distribution of content as well as the production of printed sales material and promotional items
• Act as strategic lead for go to market campaigns and all marketing initiatives
• Experience communicating to senior executives, presenting ideas and a strategic vision
• Strong affinity for design and visual branding
• Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize dozens of simultaneous projects and initiatives is critical
