The Role:
The Ticketmaster office in Seattle is looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated, personable, and professional individual to take on the day-to-day responsibilities required to keep our office productive, efficient, organized, and happy. To stand out in this position, a candidate will have great communication skills, a high degree of emotional intelligence, a penchant for organization, and a positive attitude that is infectious. You will be responsible for the daily operations of maintaining the office in all its aspects, from office organization to team celebrations, and everything in between.
Responsibilities:
• Creates a welcoming and presentable environment for employees and guests.
• Creatively and proactively identify opportunities to optimize costs and processes.
• Planning and coordinating corporate events, holiday parties, and special occasions.
• Creates and maintains documentation on processes, procedures, and contacts needed to support the Seattle office.
• Maintaining Seattle office equipment and appliances to ensure they are in working order.
• Supporting new employees by ensuring workstations are setup, access and parking badges are provided.
• Working with building management and corporate facilities as needed for Seattle office maintenance.
• Builds relationships with team members as the point of contact for Seattle office-related needs.
• Assisting individuals with travel and expense reporting.
• Handles shipping and receiving of mail and deliveries, up to a maximum of 40 pounds.
• Helps maintain Seattle office and kitchen organization and supplies.
• Maintains and coordinates emergency preparedness procedures.
Requirements:
• Positive, up-beat, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated personality always looking for opportunities to improve the office and culture.
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and digitally
