The Technical Project Coordinator’s primary objective is to be responsible for delivering all the PMO requirements related to the project and provide support to the Senior Technical Project Coordinators and Technical Project Managers in the Linked Games department. The TPC may also take on internal projects and initiatives within the Linked Games and the Gaming Division.
Position Requirements
Essential Job Functions:
• Basic Knowledge of project management principles, concepts, and practices
• Basic knowledge of IT concepts and operating principles of data communications and information systems hardware and software
• Communicate effectively in a technical environment
• Act as a technical liaison between stakeholders for internal and external customers
• Intake new projects and determine key requirements
• Coordinate Linked Games projects
• Basic understanding of gaming regulatory requirements
• Ensure timely completion of project milestones
• Conduct internal and external customer calls as needed to complete project task
• Identify project risks and impacts and communicate to appropriate departments
• Escalate critical issues to management
• Communicate project status accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist with ad hoc projects and process improvement events related to Linked Games
• Ability to work within an ERP application such as MAPICS and Oracle
• Strive to meet departmental and corporate goals while performing daily tasks
• Participate in training as needed
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. 1-3 years equivalent work experience
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or related area
• 1+ years of experience in customer relations
• Gaming Industry experience desired
• Foundational IT knowledge
• Experience with Microsoft products such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Excel
• Experience with MAPICS ERP, Oracle ERP, MS Project and SharePoint preferred but not required
• Detail Oriented
• High Level of Follow Through Skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and solution problems
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction but also work as a part of a team
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to sit for long periods of time
• Minimal travel required
