Job Overview
Emmis Indianapolis Radio is seeking an ambitious Digital Campaign Strategist to assist experienced Account Executives provide sound digital media solutions for clients in the Indianapolis area. The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit, is collaborative, and is a goal-oriented champion of using an integrated marketing. A successful candidate will be a tireless advocate of Emmis Digital products internally to the sales department and externally to our customers. They will embrace a solutions based marketing philosophy that merges the power of strong traditional media brands, along with their associated event & cause marketing efforts, with digital marketing strategy.

Responsibilities
Specific Job Responsibilities include:
• Attend all sales meetings
• Provide capabilities updates, share case studies, educate AE’s, provide VBR’s
• On-going digital training in quarterly Cluster Sales Meeting
• Strategize, provide digital strategies and pricing for AE’s as needed.
• Collaborate with all departments to build results-focused marketing programs
• Create excel media plans in Operative to accompany the proposals created
• Communicate effectively in order to properly deliver proposals, revisions, answer questions, and fulfill any and all day to day requests.
• Work with Digital Content Director and team to develop new ideas/sales opportunities for AE’s
• Strategize with GSM’s to limit attrition by using sales analytics from Efficio & Marketron
• Meet with GSM’s regularly to identify opportunities and strategize individual plans for AE’s
Desired Skills & Experience
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Keen understanding of integrated marketing solutions including traditional media, event marketing, and digital technology
• Exposure to Customer Focused Selling preferred
• Exceptional negotiation, problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
