We are seeking an Art Director to join our Winston-Salem Creative team.
We're a culture of makers; we make stuff better, smarter, innovative, and more effective. You should be organized, able to multi-task, and digitally savvy.
Yes, we're an ad agency. But the ideal candidate will have passions and skills beyond advertising. We're looking for someone capable of coming up with innovative ideas and experiences, then helping to execute them across multiple channels. Someone who can work both independently and in a team. And someone who can work productively and harmoniously with Writers, Visual Designers, Experience Designers, Content Specialists, Creative Technologists, and Producers - all of whom share the responsibility on the project.
Specific assignments will include online advertising, video production, social media campaigns, site design, and branding projects. Experience in these areas is required.
We look for innovative contributors who keep abreast of current trends so that their ideas not only perform, but are culture changing. Humor, craftsmanship, intellectual curiosity, and ownership are important to us and should be to you.
Send us your portfolio. We want to see smart, brand-building ideas and executions that are extraordinary and memorable.
Requirements
• 2-4 years experience in an agency.
• Expertise with Adobe Suite and Sketch/Invision workflows.
• Experience with user flows and content-rich site work.
• Please submit a link to your work when applying.
You must be eligible to work in the United States to be considered for this role.
