The Highlights
The Project Manager is responsible for managing, planning, monitoring and reporting on key projects from conception through implementation. In this role, you will perform a variety of tasks and manage project details, data collection, reporting and communication to successfully drive project efforts.
What you will do
• Plan, manage and monitor projects from concept through implementation
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of all assigned projects and gain consensus from stakeholders to ensure successful implementation
• Establish project management processes and methodologies to ensure assigned projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet both high quality standards and leadership expectations using appropriate tools
• Meet with internal clients of assigned projects to provide updates and gather and report project-related feedback
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously
• Track costs and performance, service levels and other metrics required to ensure project goals and objectives are met
• Carry out other duties as needed
Required keys for success
• Two to five years of project management experience
• Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Prioritize and organize effectively and manage multiple projects and assignments
• Develop strong working relationships with peers and project members
• Analyze and interpret data
• Excellent critical thinking skills
• Knowledge and ability to use computer and software applications
• Effective communication skills
Your education
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience (required)
• Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum (preferred)
