Job Summary
The Sr Lead Sales Operations Consultant is the single point of contact for the Indirect Partner Sales Force. As part of the Sales Operations team, this consultant is responsible for the operational activities of the team as they launch a new external program, Partner Program Agreement
Job Description
• Create reporting model for CenturyLink data sets requiring new data connections that are still under construction.
• Maintain two legacy company data models between legacy CenturyLink and Legacy Level 3 Communications, while building a new combined data structure as a new contract (PPA) is implemented.
• Create and deliver the data architecture, scorecards, standardized and ad-hoc reports that go to the Sales Field, Sales Ops, Marketing, Finance and Incentives organizations
• Build and maintain audits and controls around data complexities to improve data quality.
• Automate current manual reporting currently done by peers in Sales Operations
• Report, calculate, and manage incentive payments, creating audits in Salesforce.
• Create executive level reports on Sales and Revenue as needed
Qualifications
• 2+ years of business experience
• Data management skill into SQL, Database and Cubes
• Advanced skill in Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SalesForce data and reporting
• Report development skills beyond Excel into reporting tools (Tableau etc.)
• Ability to communicate and work with management at every level
Preferred Qualifications.
• Telecom experience
