Job Summary
This position provides facilitation, change management, coaching and other Organizational Effectiveness (OE) skills to a geographic area or service line. You'll support leaders by taking the lead on selected projects to be cascaded within regions. You'll assist in the implementation of the talent strategy and set priorities accordingly. This position applies knowledge of programs and processes to facilitate implementations that meet business and people needs.
Job Description
• Serves as a resource in the service line for talent management strategy implementation that may include the design and execution of talent management, change management, leadership development, and organizational development (OD) projects and core processes.
• Provide individual and team coaching and training in areas such as counselor support/ training, mentoring and team effectiveness.
• Provide cross practice implementation support to people initiatives, programs and processes. This includes strategic alignment that supports our initiatives, including (but not limited to):
• Consult with senior leaders across the business to understand needs, diagnose issues and define solutions.
• Provide thoughtful input and often develops communications targeted for employees.
• Serves as a subject matter expert across the primary disciplines of talent management, leadership development and organizational development.
• Often acts as a project manager for medium to large projects or oversees portions of major or highly complex projects.
Qualifications
Consulting Level Bachelor's degree. Typically with 8+ years of experience. 6+ years of experience with Master's Degree.
