Position Overview

Digital Platform and Experience (DPE) Finance is searching for a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to support the Digital and eCommerce team. The position will work closely with the business unit stakeholders and finance partners of these teams to: conduct close and forecast activities, assist in data analysis, and track financial results against strategic plans.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with experience in FP&A, understands SAAS business, pays attention to details, demonstrates sharp business acumen, excellent at juggling competing priorities, and collaborates well with partners.
Responsibilities
• Perform weekly analysis on eStore performance and assist business adjusting marketing and promotional strategies to improve the top line performance
• Utilize financial systems such as SAP BPC to track, manage, and report spend forecasts
• Work closely with Finance Business Partners and HR to track headcount including to-be-hired activity and quantify resulting budget impacts
• Own quarter-end activities including tracking actual vs forecasted spend and preparing journal entries
• Lead special projects and process improvement initiatives, including creating new models and finessing current processes
• Assist with tracking and reporting KPI results, such as billings and subscription growth performances to keep pulse on the business
• Support the Digital and eCommerce team leaders through ad hoc analysis to enable strategic decisions
Minimum Qualifications
• BA/BS in Finance or Accounting preferred, MBA encouraged
• Minimum 5 years finance experience
• Experience with SAAS industry required. Public Accounting experience is a plus
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, analyzing, and managing spend
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent teamwork, including the ability to interact with all organizational groups and levels
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Experience with SAP, BPC and Business Objects is a plus
