JOB DESCRIPTION
Creative Testing and Asset Program Manager
Fox Digital Consumer Group is looking for a best-in-class digital media Creative Testing and Asset Program Manager to drive testing roadmap and ideation of new test hypothesis for all paid media channels while owning our robust suite of evergreen digital assets. The ideal candidate must have the ability to bridge marketing, creative and technical conversations, generate incremental campaign performance with test wins and lead the relationship with our internal/external creative teams to track all digital assets we have in the marketplace.
Responsibilities:
• Own current relationship with our internal and external creative teams to create, manage and deliver digital media assets in the right platforms at the right time
• Develop, lead and execute paid media creative testing roadmap across search, social, display, programmatic, mobile app and affiliate marketing including dynamic creative optimization and sequential messaging. Direct response copywriting expertise is a plus
• Build hypotheses to champion a data-driven, test and learn approach to optimizing marketing creatives to improve performance within paid media channels.
• Setting and upholding a standard of excellence for test management for marketing and design teams
• Have a firm grasp on A/B testing assets and analytics and proactively seek out continues learning opportunities to keep skill level best in class
• Contribute to the repository of learnings/outcomes
• Work directly with digital media subject matter experts to understand goals and needs and partner up with creative agency to design assets
• Deliver creatives to our digital agency, assure correct tagging is in place and track performance of all creatives in the marketplace
Qualifications:
• 4+ years of online marketing or digital creative product/advertising experience.
• Extremely strong organizational skills, project management and test executions
• Advanced experience with A/B creative testing
• Mastery of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required
• Ability to manage a high volume of creative and campaign types in parallel.
• Experience with multi-channel media strategy, dynamic creative optimization and sequential messaging
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, drive change and collaborate effectively with a variety of individuals, teams and agencies
