JOB DESCRIPTION
FX Networks is seeking a Manager of Advertising & Media to work on development, implementation, and execution of marketing deliverables tied to direct-to-consumer marketing plans to drive subscription generation. The position will work closely under the VP and Director of Advertising & Media, on driving awareness and intent for FX+ with correlation to FXNOW usage within performance-driven media.
Responsibilities
• Drive campaign ideation and develop marketing materials for all network media investments in television, radio, online, digital, outdoor and print.
• Work with the VP and Director on analyzing marketing channels tied to non-linear engagement (e.g., Conversion Rates, LTV, ARPU) with FX programming and products
• Work with design team and external agencies to create digital and A/V creative for use in extensive digital campaigns.
• Work closely with production and design to establish production schedules to ensure creative can be delivered to meet critical media deadlines.
• Facilitate approvals from the separate departments affected by material usage such as legal, development, graphics, publicity, home entertainment, and FX productions.
• Create numerous presentations focusing on marketing campaign launches.
• Track spending category allocations and ensure compliance with upfront commitments and corporate obligations.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of five years in marketing/media for a TV network or TV account at an ad agency. Digital analysis experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with focus on being able to deliver clear and concise direction.
• Analytics and performance media experience preferred.
• Project management experience and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
• Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to develop creative marketing materials.
