The Business Development team at Pinterest leads partnerships across a diverse set of companies to provide our Pinners with world class experiences to help them discover and do what they love. We are seeking an experienced leader to work with a variety of partners across Pinterest products (Creators, SMB, Ads, Shopping, Growth, Search etc). You'll be on the front lines in closing big, complex, global and strategic deals and managing those deals through product launches, while being the primary contact for our partners at the highest level.
What you'll do:
• Evaluate, negotiate and close strategic deals for Pinterest that significantly help scale user growth, engagement and revenue
• Develop scalable processes to evaluate and close partnerships, deal frameworks, support processes
• Build, foster and grow strategic partnerships for Pinterest
• Develop, establish and maintain impactful relationships with key ecosystem stakeholders from C-suite to engineers and other key XFN decision makers
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, PR, Legal and leadership to deliver results
What we're looking for:
• 10+ years of relevant experience in Business Development, Product Partnerships and/or Product Management at large Tech platforms
• Experience in Advertising and with E-Commerce platforms
• Experience in negotiating and closing complex, diverse, unique set of deals with top tech platforms and early stage startups
• Demonstrated success of initiating, launching and scaling partner products and programs
• Excellent communication, presentation skills and executive presence
