JOB DESCRIPTION
FX Networks is seeking a Coordinator of Cross-Platform Scheduling to assist the Manager in scheduling, tracking and delivering a wide assortment of promotional elements across all of FX Networks’ digital distribution platforms.
Responsibilities:
• Support all daily cross-platform scheduling activities across the FX Networks, VOD, SVOD, FXNOW, FX+, EST, etc.
• Provide assistance with scheduling, tracking and delivering assets to promotional partners, including FNG cross-channel, FXP Brand Strategy, FX Networks Marketing, Digital & Social media, EST partners (iTunes/Amazon), SVOD (Amazon Prime/Hulu), etc.
• Assist management with analyzing and evaluating promotion performance through scheduling and research data.
• Provide support as needed to FX Networks Media Planning & Scheduling.
Requirements:
• Four year college degree preferred. Must have at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in scheduling, operations and/or administrative arenas that provide a working understanding of the promotion process. Knowledge of post-production is a plus.
• Must be extremely detail-oriented, be able to perform under tight deadlines, and thrive on working in an intense, fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills are required to communicate effectively with various departments on a daily basis. The ability to work closely with others is a must.
• Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills are required. Must be able to multitask, effectively coordinate changing priorities, and handle tight deadlines.
• Mathematical and reasoning skills are essential. Must have expertise in analyzing program and research data and accurately positioning promotional elements to maximize effectiveness. The ability to make decisions and recommendation on placement of promos based on audience composition and priorities is preferred.
• Understanding of network computer systems used to access research, programming and scheduling information is preferred. Must learn and have a working understanding of ONYX and PACE computer software systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook required.
