Summary:
The TiVo is looking for an experienced and proven Digital Traffic Coordinator to join our growing Advertising team. As a Digital Traffic Coordinator you will work as part of the Ad Operations team who is responsible for the implementation of all direct advertising sold by our TiVo Ad Sales team.
This role is responsible for end-to-end ad operations for our Sponsored Discovery and Sponsored Experience Ad Platforms. Responsibilities include providing impression estimates, scheduling, campaign quality assurance, issue resolution and post-campaign confirmations. This position will additionally support scheduling of other types of advertising orders within our portfolio. The Ad Operations team is responsible for communicating with both sales and engineering to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure a smooth campaign launch.
Position Responsibilities:
• Facilitate the communication, workflow, trafficking and quality assurance of all digital and guide campaigns as assigned.
• Manage Quality Assurance reports to verify status both pre-launch and once campaigns go live.
• Handle a wide variety of complex situations and tasks that must be resolved in a professional and timely manner, interfacing with both external and internal clients and partners.

◦ scheduling of all campaign elements into scheduling systems
◦ quality assurance, monitoring of order delivery
◦ troubleshooting to address active field or system issues
◦ develop or creation of support documentation.
The ideal Digital Traffic Coordinator should have:
• Experience in digital advertising operations and campaign management
• Ability to review, interpret and schedule advertising campaigns on a variety of platforms and in multiple scheduling systems.
• Sound strategic thinker with strong problem solving abilities and analytical skills
• Experience with various third-party ad servers such as DFP, SpotXchange, Operative.One etc.
• Aptitude and dedication to thrive in a dynamic and deadline oriented environment.
• Demonstrated ability to be highly organized, have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field (and/or equivalent, relevant work experience).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a digital traffic or electronic advertising traffic role
• Experience in advertising (specifically digital), business, communications or journalism
• Experience in cable and satellite TV industry a plus
Skills:
• Proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Project
• Experience in technical support and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences with effective use of oral and written skills
• Exhibit interpersonal skills in a team-oriented environment
