The group’s focus is the development of TV and long-form, video-centric products that bring Fox’s content to more consumers. This includes the continued innovation of Fox’s existing TV Everywhere products, including FXNOW, FOX NOW, Nat Geo TV and Fox Sports Go, as well as the creation of brand-new consumer propositions.

Division Description
The media industry is going through a period of immense change as consumer access to OTT and digital streaming services increases. The Fox Digital Consumer Group (“DCG”) is a strategic business unit focused on developing TV and video-centric products that bring Fox’s content to more consumers in new and exciting ways. First, it will be furthering innovation of Fox’s existing TV Everywhere (“TVE”) products including FOX NOW, FXNOW, Nat Geo TV, Fox Sports Go and Fox Sports apps/site. Next, it will be working to develop and bring-to-market new propositions. DCG’s Strategy, Commercial & Marketing team is responsible for defining the overall strategy, developing the propositions and business cases, working with the Product and Technology teams to bring products to market and then delivering against sales and performance targets.
We are seeking an experienced strategic operator that has a deep understanding of subscription businesses, who has delivered consumer-centric TV propositions that maximize revenue potential and optimize digital experiences. The right person for this role possesses great commercial acumen, strategic thinking, operational execution, leadership and relationship management. You will have the exciting opportunity to join a passionate, results-driven team, where your role will have a direct impact on the future of our business. Responsibilities include:
• Business Owner, responsible for delivering compelling long-form video OTT subscription products
• Build go-to-market strategies and define business requirements for new subscription services
• Drive business performance, ensuring sales and subscriber targets are met and exceeded
• Develop and deliver improvement strategies that evolve the customer value proposition
• Collaborate with Marketing owners to drive net growth, and Product, Technology & Customer Ops owners to optimize product propositions and roadmap priorities, at both the strategic and tactical levels
• Set clear expectations and provide timely and relevant feedback to Program Management and Products for developing and improving propositions, tracking deliverables and issue resolution
• Build strong teamwork and communication with internal stakeholders, including Distribution, Legal, Strategy and Analytics
Qualifications
• 8+ years work experience in an aggressive growth, consumer based/B2C industry
• Proven track record in delivering OTT subscription products that generate commercial benefit in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment
• Strong strategic thinking, problem solving and analytic skills, with the ability to juggle many projects at any given time
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the company
