Bose Global Third-Party Service is looking for a project manager to support global third-party service providers.
This position will act as the main point of contact for contractual and warranty claim matters related to supporting global third-party service centers. This role will also be responsible for aligning, drafting, and communicating global policies related to the servicing of Bose products.
Respond to inquiries and escalations from service centers to resolve concerns related to warranty claim data entry and submission.
Perform audits of the warranty data on a fixed cadence to ensure accuracy and validity then communicate errors to the service centers.
Work closely with internal account receivable team to follow up on open issues along with develop reporting to track financials.
Partner with internal legal team to update service contracts and NDAs on a yearly basis then deploy both to each global service center.
Develop and distribute uniform processes and policies to cover pre and post global service aspects.
Responsible for developing and maintaining contact information database for all global service partners and the members of their respective organizations.
Support systems access requests and resolves access issues from by creating and tracking internal help desk tickets.
Provide proactive and reactive information including how-to documents and standard operating documents.
Use project management tools to plan and execute work in an efficient manner.
Approximately 10% travel required

• Maintain ownership of internal team SharePoint site to organize documents.
• Build strong working relationships with global third-party service providers.
• Must be proactive, self-motivated, organized and have strong interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with project management practices and tools.
• Excellent writing and communications skills.
• Experience working with legal teams and facilitating legal documents.
• Strong information systems skills – SAP, Windchill, Hybris, Power BI
• Microsoft office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience
Ideal candidate has 5 years professional work experience
Bi-lingual in Spanish and English a plus
