A little bit about our team:
Digital Operations is a cross-functional team that sits at the center of Warner Music Group within the Artist Services division. We build fan-focused and data-driven e-commerce stores, websites, and email marketing campaigns that deliver our artists’ content to millions of fans around the world. We’re the backbone of the marketing and e-commerce teams -- providing program and project management, production services, and full stack enterprise solutions while maintaining operational efficiency and scalability.
Why this could be your next big break:
The Coordinator, E-Commerce will work with team members from our various strategic and operations groups, production teams, and the Director, E-Commerce Program Management to ensure that our platform capabilities and operations are primed to achieve our business goals. Most importantly, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to e-commerce campaigns that will reach millions of music fans.
Here you’ll get to:
• You will provide support and documentation for technical teams and processes, including system documentation and end-user guides.
• You will analyze and identify solutions for operational issues and gaps, supporting and enhancing the day-to-day operational model.
• You will be responsible for quality assurance, regression and user acceptance testing for new features and software capabilities, ensuring that new development enables operational best practices and meets business requirements.
• You will manage the e-commerce and web creative portfolios.
• You will support the E-Commerce Associate Project Manager with platform maintenance related tasks, such as renewing e-commerce SSL certificates.
• You will assist the E-Commerce Associate Project Manager with e-com store development and launches.
• You will provide general administrative support for the digital operations team and provide backup support for the Web Operations Coordinator.
Rockstar candidates will be able to:
• You are competent with project collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Gantt Charts, and flowcharts.
• You have the ability to identify, understand, and communicate issues, gaps, and opportunities in day-to-day sales and marketing operations.
• You possess effective judgment and initiative – able to work independently and pursue solutions with appropriate teams and business units within the organization.
• You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly changing atmosphere with flexible priorities and guidelines.
• You are extremely organized, detailed oriented, and analytical.
• You are a highly proficient communicator who is able to understand, dissect, and synthesize complex issues and requirements in a creative and entertainment-focused industry.
It would be music to our ears if you also had:
• College Degree preferred
• You have 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing operations.
• Experience with e-commerce related projects, e-commerce platforms, and content management systems such as Magento, Shopify, Drupal and Wordpress.
• A passion for music and a desire to learn the business and technology side of the music industry.
