Are you ready for an exciting challenge collaborating with a team to shape a new office landscape and culture for Bose? Bose is looking for an experienced Office Manager to fill a hybrid role consisting of a variety of project coordination, office management tasks, and full administrative support for multiple product development teams. The work will be comprised of a large variety of office management duties that require a pro-active approach in a fast-paced environment to help establish the Bose office in Boston Landing.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Local coordination with IT, Property Management, and Bose Logistics teams
• Event planning and local business outreach
• Sr. Manager support and calendar coordination
• Meeting scheduling, set up and coordination with Bose global offices
• New hire welcome and on-boarding support
• Accounting support – Payroll, Purchasing, A/P, and A/R - knowledge of SAP and Ariba a plus
• Maintaining communications through Sharepoint, video bulletins, and internal social media.
• Establish continuity with administrative teams in multiple locations in Massachusetts which may require travel
• Spreadsheet and power point creation or editing as needed
• Travel support including guidance obtaining passport/visa documents and completing expense reports
You must have strong customer service skills with professional, written and verbal communication ability. As a scheduling contact with the Executive offices as well as interacting with all levels of employees nationally and internationally, professionalism is a must. You may perform related clerical work that includes using MS Outlook, Word and Excel. You should be comfortable working both independently as well as part of a team.

Ability to work with minimal instructions on routine & non-routine assignments
Excellent organizational skills
Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Knowledge of SAP and Ariba is a plus but not required
