Position Overview
Canon USA is looking for an Account Representative for one of our most profitable segments within the BISG group, and is the primary growth area for our business. We are looking for someone to continue growing the business overall.

Responsibilities
• Responsible for supporting outside AEs and assisting in selling company products and services to partners & end-user customers in assigned geographic territory, industry or accounts.
• Functions as liaison for the company, the partner & the customer in all sales-oriented activities.
• Supports the partner & customer by resolving issues, providing suggestions on technical solutions and workflow issues and provides product training to customers and staff as necessary.
• Responsible for capturing/recording the key activities at customer locations and submitting weekly call reports to management.
• Analyzes data and evaluates ways to improve results.
• Builds key relationships with outside sales, business development, administration and product groups and aligns processes for overall success.
• Maintains existing key contacts at customer/partner locations and focuses on expanding significant value add at these locations.
• Reviews and updates Account Profiles for the top revenue generating accounts in the assigned territory.
• Coordinates sales calls utilizing AE s and technical resources with the accounts.
Qualifications
• A Bachelor's degree is required, or relevant work experience will be considered.
• Must have 3 - 5 years of relevant industry experience.
• You must possess a valid driver’s license.
• This job may require over night travel, and requires driving for company business as an essential function of the job, you must remain in compliance with company safety guidelines and policies.
• Must be proficient in MS-office.
• Looking for a high energy person, who takes initiative to make things happen.
• Must have the ability and desire to learn and understand our product offerings, hardware, software and services, and support all sales channels in selling these offerings.
• Ability to build relationships both internally and externally with resellers and end customers.
• Must be a detail oriented person
