We’re seeking a Manager, Pricing & Planning to join our small team of talented Revenue Operations specialists that are working to maximize profitable revenue and provide best in class support for our Global Business.
This Manager, Pricing & Planning role will report to the Director of Pricing, Planning & Inventory, as part of the larger Revenue Operations/Sales organization. The Manager, Pricing & Planning will have the opportunity to help lead & develop a team of talented Sales Planners, in an effort to drive revenue growth & provide best in class customer service to the Sales organization.
As a member of the Revenue Operations team here at Vevo, you’ll be working alongside super talented individuals that will both inspire you and challenge you to think about things like strategic sales planning, inventory forecasting/utilization, and ad product pricing/packaging in ways you hadn’t imagined. We often take time as a team to review new industry trends and advancements, and think critically about various things happening in the world around us that may impact the ways we decide to be more strategic as a team overall. We have a phenomenal team made up of accomplished individuals from Inventory Analysts, Campaign Managers to Sales Operations specialists, and we’re excited about having you join us!

This is a full-time position and is based at our office in New York. We are in a convenient location in Times Square, accessible from Penn Station, Port Authority & Grand Central, as well as a host of subway options.
As a member of our team, you will
• Make pricing decisions for packages by estimating their value & comparing to market comps.
• Approve scatter rate incentives when appropriate.
• Manage data integrity by region, ensuring correct rates are used & scatter efficiencies applied appropriately.
• Manage & Develop Sales Planners in the New York & Chicago offices (approx. team of 9).
• Work closely with regional sales & sales support leadership to ensure process integrity & initiative rollout.
• Review and Sign IOs in accordance with planning & Vevo policy/procedure ($1MM+).
• Liaison with support teams on Product rollouts & process rollouts/enhancements; Ad Operations, Ad Tech, Research, Sales Solutions, C&P, Yield etc.
• Work closely with Ad Tech & Sales Operations to ensure that systems (Salesforce, Operative & DFP) are set up to ensure success for the Sales Planners.
• Lead weekly PPI team meetings, with support from P&P Lead & Director.
• Support Director in rolling out key initiatives, new processes, and product enhancements to larger P&P organization.
• Conduct weekly revenue review
• Maintain strong relationship with regional Account Executives & Sales Leadership, understanding marketplace conditions & developing ways for Vevo to address.
• Approve Makegoods & Added Value, tracking details & reporting monthly to Revenue Operations leadership.
• Manage Pipeline & workflow of Sales Planners.

Requirements
• At least 4-5 years of digital or TV media experience. 1-2 years Sales Planning Management experience required.
• Highly proficient in Excel & Powerpoint.
• Working knowledge of DoubleClick, Operative, Salesforce & YT Analytics.
• Understanding of high-level Yield & Monetization strategy. Experience working on projects & rolling out initiatives, and following through on their implementation.
• Experience working with dynamic digital products such as: Sponsorships, Audience Guarantee, Viewability & Programmatic.
