Job Summary:

The Business Analyst will evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and create and implement solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
• Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Performing user acceptance testing.
• Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
• Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users. Manage some platform config including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and groups.
• Build custom reports, dashboards, and workflows using Kibana.
• Manage operational requests and reporting including customer analysis and individual views, and troubleshoot issues.
• Evaluate new releases of Ad Tech platform tools / services to determine functionality requirements and provide detailed information on how changes will apply to all affected departments/users.
• Perform other related duties, as assigned.
Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Related experience with other Ad Tech platforms considered.
• AWS certification a plus.
• Technical / development background a plus.
